ORDERING, DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Payment and prices

The products are marked, which products can be purchased directly from our online store and what products require that the order or tender shall be submitted to the sales manager.
In our online store you can use the following payments: online paymet (Paytrail), Pay Pal, invoice (Klarna) or cash on delivery. Get to know our installment payment and leasing opportunities!
Please note that value added tax valid at the time of delivery is added to all prices.
Current prices: If you have a valid contract with Fysioline Ltd, customized prices and discounts are also valid in our online store. Sign in to the online store with the username and password that authorize you for the discount. Discount is counted from the final amount of your order.

Delivery time

Delivery time may change depending on the product. Estimated delivery time is indicated on the product. Public holidays may, in exceptional cases, delay delivery. We aim to inform about any delays immediately. 

You can follow the progress of your order by logging into the online store with your username and password.

 
Force majeure: Fysioline Ltd is not responsible if the delivery is delayed or becomes difficult as a result of the war, rebellion, export or import bans, natural disasters, interruption of distribution of public transport or energy, work stoppage or other similar reasons outside the opportunities of influence of Fysioline Ltd and for reasons that make Fysioline Ltd's or its suppliers' work more difficult or due to activity that inhibits operations.

Backorders

Backorders are freight-free. The freight costs of the entire delivery will be charged at once.

Expenses from installing and other services are charged according to the agreement.

Fysioline Ltd uses the method of delivery which they have deemed the most profitable unless otherwise agreed. Delivery and packaging expenses are charged from the customer in connection with the bill.

 



MORE SPECIFIC DELIVERY CONDITIONS 


1. Prices

Prices are in euros and valid until further notice. Currently valid value added tax will be added to all prices unless the tax rate is separately mentioned. When the product is shown in multiple price lists the price that is mentioned in the latest list is valid. Prices are in accordance with the terms of sale-agreement rates. We reserve the right to increase prices to match changes in the cost. The goods are Fysioline Ltd's property until the entire purchase price has been paid. 

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated in the shipping method selection stage, the delivery costs of an offer based on order will be agreed separately.


3. Delivery conditions
Freely from the Fysioline storage in Tampere. Expenses from installing and other services are charged according to the agreement.

4. Delivery method

6. Damage in transit 
When receiving the goods, the receiver must always check the amount and condition of the packages. Any shortages or damages must be asked that the driver makes an entry in the transport document. In the absence of an entry neither the transport insurance or freight importer is responsible for the compensation of damages. Fysioline Ltd is not responsible for damage caused to the goods during transport. 

7. Reclamations
If it is noticed while opening the order that products are missing/damaged Fysioline Ltd has to be notified immediately, in at most eight (8) days since receiving the goods by phone (03) 2350 700 or info@fysioline.fi. Fysioline Ltd is not responsible for missing products or product defects if the buyer has not made a reclamation on these in the beforementioned ways.

8. Returns

The deal is binding and irrevocable, the seller is not obligated to accept a refund. Restoration of products outside the scope of the agreement needs to be agreed with the seller in advance by phone (03) 2350 700. 

With the returned product there needs to be a written statement of the refund in the same package that contains the name of the contact person as Fysioline that accepted the return, reason for the return, the product description, the amount that needs to be returned as well as Fysioline Ltd remittance or invoice number, then goods may be repossessed and returned or exchanged if they are in their original packaging and condition. Defective products see 9. Warranty. Fysioline Ltd charges the customer for expenses that incur for unfounded returns. If the trade has to be dissolved for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer is required to pay 80% of the value of the returned product Fysioline Ltd, provided that the goods are in original condition.

9. Warranty

Fysioline Ltd grants a one (1) year warranty for devices that belong to the scope of the general warranty terms and conditions unless otherwise mentioned. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects that are caused by wrongful use or natural wear and tear. The warranty does not cover warranty-related repair work and travel expenses. Fysioline Ltd is not responsible for the indirect expenses that the customer may face. To fill the warranty terms the product must be examined immediately when it arrives. Fysioline representative responsible for warranty repairs who you can reach from the phone number (03) 2350 700 must be contacted immediately during the warranty period about defects that belong in the scope of the warranty. Fysioline Ltd / Service phone number (03) 2350 740 answers for warranties that belong in the maintenance agreements.


10. Other conditions

10.1 Force majeure

10.2 Arguments

Primarily, all disputes are seeked to be solved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached any dispute relating to Fysioline Ltd and the buyer relating to the drafting, interpretation or application of the sales contract, be settled by the Tampere District Court.



11. Validity of terms and conditions
These conditions apply until further notice.
